October 1999. The Barnes Family Trust holds 100% of the
shares.
In October 2005, the
Company secured for the third time a 3 year contract with
Tiger Brands – Grains Logistics to manage the warehousing
and distribution of their products throughout the Eastern
Cape and South Western Cape

same management team formed a new private company,
Megamor Three (Pty) Ltd trading as Megamor Express.
This Company performs a warehouse and distribution
service for a wide range of FMCG clients.
